Concrete lintels reinforced with steel fibres oriented by a magnetic field

چکیده
This paper explores the possibility of applying technique magnetic orientation steel fibres for manufacturing a concrete structural element realistic dimensions, compared to small laboratory specimens. could be part an answer current need faster and automated production in prefabrication industry. The examined specimens have dimensions commonly used lintels construction, 80 mm × 100 980 mm. properties with magnetically oriented are same size prefabricated conventionally. has been confirmed by Q-factor non-destructive testing method using measuring coil. All were tested four-point bending test. show significantly higher flexural strength, 150 %, than produced conventionally volume fibres.
